Diamond Home Services was built around a simple frustration: homeowners were paying three different contractors to look at three parts of one system, and nobody was looking at how those parts interact.
A furnace, a water heater and a fireplace can all vent through the same chimney. Change one and you change the draft on the others. Most companies are licensed for only one of those appliances, so the interaction never gets checked — and that is exactly where carbon monoxide problems come from.
We hold gas, HVAC and chimney certifications together on purpose. Our technicians can service the furnace, inspect the flue it vents into and check the fireplace on the same shared chimney, in one visit, with one set of readings recorded against your address.
